Overview

Research page
The Research section (/research) shows all AI analysis runs across your entire organisation. Each run shows:
  • The analysis type (kind)
  • Which EPD it was run against
  • Status: pendingrunningcomplete or failed
  • Timestamp and result summary

Analysis types

Running an analysis

Analysis runs are triggered from within an EPD. Navigate to an EPD and click the Research tab.

Open an EPD

Navigate to /epds and click the EPD you want to analyse.

Go to the Research tab

Click the Research tab in the EPD detail header.

Choose an analysis type

Select the kind of analysis from the dropdown.

Add context (optional)

Paste additional context text — such as a raw LCA report extract — into the context field.

Run

Click Run analysis. The run will appear in the list with status pending, then update to running, then complete.

Reading results

Click any completed run to expand its full output. Results are structured markdown with:
  • Findings grouped by severity (CRITICAL / MAJOR / MINOR for gap analysis)
  • Clause references citing the specific standard clause
  • Recommendations for each finding
AI results are advisory. All outputs must be reviewed by a competent LCA practitioner before relying on them for compliance purposes.

Deleting runs

Pending or failed runs can be deleted from the Research page using the Delete button next to the run. Completed runs are retained for audit purposes.

Prompt customisation

The prompts used for each analysis type can be customised per organisation. See Prompts in the Admin Guide.
