EPD list

EPD list
The EPD list (/epds) shows all declarations for your organisation. Each row shows:
  • Product name and EPD title
  • Standard profile (e.g. EN 15804+A2 / ISO 14025)
  • Current workflow status
  • Last updated timestamp
Use the Search box to filter by name, and the Status filter to narrow by workflow stage.

Creating an EPD

Click New EPD

From the EPD list or Dashboard, click the New EPD button.

Enter basic details

Fill in:
  • EPD title — a descriptive name for this declaration
  • Product name — the product being declared
  • Standard profile — select the applicable standard (EN 15804+A2, ISO 14025, etc.)
  • PCR — the Product Category Rules reference if known

Submit

Click Create EPD. You will be taken to the EPD detail page.

EPD detail — Overview tab

EPD detail overview
The Overview tab shows the full EPD record and allows inline editing of:
  • Product and manufacturer details
  • Declared unit and reference service life
  • System boundary description
  • PCR and LCA practitioner information

Workflow progression

The current workflow stage is shown at the top. Authorised users can transition the EPD to the next stage using the action buttons (e.g. Submit for Review, Approve, Send to Verifier).
Workflow transitions are role-controlled. You must have the appropriate role to advance an EPD. Contact your administrator if a button is greyed out.

LCA Data tab

LCA data entry
Enter life-cycle assessment results by module (A1–A5, B1–B7, C1–C4, D) for each required environmental indicator per EN 15804+A2 Table 1.

Research tab

Run AI-powered analysis specifically for this EPD. See Research for full details.

Governance tab

EPD governance
The Governance tab records:
  • Approvals — internal review sign-offs with gate, decision, role, and comment
  • Verifications — third-party verifier details, accreditation reference, outcome, and validity date
  • Audit log — every action taken on this EPD with timestamp, actor, and role

Documents tab

EPD documents
Generate a branded PDF of the EPD using your organisation’s template and branding kit. Click Generate PDF and the document will be prepared for download.
